Data are ubiquitous! Particularly when it comes to the management of people in organizations. But although data are everywhere, it’s hard to find useful information. And it’s hard to find free useful information.
And so today I’m introducing a new feature at my blog: Data Point Tuesday. Each week I’ll post a data point and briefly discuss it. My intention is to provide HR professionals with sources of free data that can help them be stronger participants in the strategic leadership of their organizations.
